In what form will I receive my product?

Please always look at the direct product description. Basically, there are two types of templates in our shop:

1. Direct download

You will receive the template as a PDF file immediately after purchase. You can then easily print them out and use them.

2. Personalized Download

We have to adapt some templates directly to you. These are, for example, templates for weddings, which should of course also contain your real names. We will adapt the template for you and send it to you by email in about 1-2 working days. So you can't download the template right away.

Any tips for printing?

There are a few things you can keep in mind to ensure your finished print is as beautiful as possible. It is best to look directly at the printing instructions. You will receive this as a download with every purchase.

How many times can I print out the template?

For your private use, you may print the template as many times as you like. However, illegal disclosure to third parties is not permitted. You can find out exactly what that means in our terms of use .

What can I do with the template?

With the purchase of one of our templates you get a personal license. This means that you can use your template privately without restrictions.
